Discover the ancient art of herbal medicine in our Herbal Medicine course. Participants will learn the basics of herbal medicine making, including plant identification and the preparation of safe, effective natural remedies. By the end of the 3-day course, participants will have created two personalized herbal medicines to take home and will possess a solid foundation in herbal medicine practices.

Equipment All equipment will be provided

Physical Requirements: Light. We will explore flora of the area, but will not do any lengthy hikes.
